How much is paid for delivery? 

The shopping you will do at our internet store, shipping fee will change for  vary of countries. You can see cargo shipping fee at your shopping basket.

 

When does my cargo reach? 

At the delivery to the address option, the cargo is delivered to your address within 1-5 working days Overseas shipments in this time vary according to the cargo company and customs busyness.

Please note that deliveries in mobile areas may take a little longer. Since the shipping companies do not work in the official holidays and holidays, your delivery will be made in the first day of delivery.

 

How can I follow my cargo?

Deliveries will be done during the week. Deliveries can not be done in weekends and in official holidays. 

Only you and your next kin of yours can pick up the delivery with an official ID and signature.
